The FAD Mentoring Program Returns!

Following a very successful pilot program in 2008, the Career Development Team (CDT) is pleased to announce the second offering of the FAD Mentoring Program.

The mentoring program is a phenomenal resource for members of the FAD community. It provides staff with the opportunity to partner with a colleague in a confidential relationship to seek advice on career development, to get direction on how to achieve professional goals, or simply, to bounce ideas off a more experienced individual.

The mentoring program will run for a six-month period from June 1, 2009 through November 30, 2009. Applications for mentors and mentees are now being accepted and are due by May 08, 2009.

Further details, contact information and application forms are available from the FAD mentoring program iSite: http://mentoringprogram.fad.harvard.edu.

The CDT meets monthly and welcomes comments on any aspects of career development. The team can be reached at: FADCareerDevTeam@harvard.edu.
