What are Student Financial Applications?

Student Financial Applications assist student financial administrators across the University in managing student loans, billing and financial aid reconciliation. Some of these systems provide online access to assist students and parents with the management of financial information, including tuition billing, online payment processing and loan management.

• Student Financial Services Administrator's Portal
• FARS/FISAP - Financial Aid Reconciliation Application
• SDW (Student Data Warehouse) / CREW - Reporting

Features of Student Financials

• SCT+ Student Term Billing System performs student term billing functions and stores student biographical data.
• Student Term Bill Balance Application allows students to see their term bill balances in real time
• Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment System (EBPP) provides students and authorized payers (parents and others) access to online billing statements and the ability to make payments electronically
• Educational Computer Systems Inc. (ECSI) Provides online ability for borrowers to view loan balances, anticipated aid and disbursements and the ability to conduct exit interviews for students expecting to graduate during the school year
• Student Financial Services Administrator's Portal Transfers and validates flat files sent to and from the schools and Central Administration and stores UFS web site content
• Student Data Warehouse Provides CREW reporting and Ad-Hoc query access to student records, addresses, loans and billing data
• FARS/FISAP (Financial Application Reconciliation System - Fiscal Operations Report And Application To Participate)
  
  FARS Reconciles financial aid award data with data from the general ledger and student information from the SCT+ Term Billing System.
  
  FISAP Provides reporting support to manage 3 programs (Perkins Loans, Federal Work Study, and Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants) required by FISAP.
