What is Time & Labor? The PeopleSoft Time and Labor application gives employees the ability to report their hours worked for the current work week, as well as enter future time (up to four weeks). Employees who enter their own time in the system are called Time Reporters. Time & Labor is utilized by the following types of employees:
For employees who do not have access to PeopleSoft or fill out paper timesheets, a Time Keeper or Time Adjuster will enter your hours into Time & Labor on your behalf. Features of Time & Labor

User InformationHow to Obtain Access to Time & Labor While all Harvard employees are given access to PeopleSoft Self Service, access to other roles in Time & Labor requires approval from your tub's HR Authorized Requestor. Each Tub has a designated Authorized Requestor who is responsible for submitting requests for system access. Your manager or supervisor will help you determine the applications and the level of access that you will require for your job. Your Authorized Requestor will then submit the appropriate request(s) for access.
