What is Client Services? Client Services assists the University in the interpretation and implementation of security access and related polices and procedures for all FSS supported applications. Client Services is responsible for the overall creation and maintenance of end-user access and security configuration across the FSS supported applications. Client Services works closely with an established network of "Authorized Requestors" across the University. Each of the Harvard School's/Unit's has designated Authorized Requestors for the Financial, Human Resources and Grants Management applications. Client Services works with these Authorized Requestors for processing security requests and granting end user access to the FSS supported applications. Authorized Requestors act as a point of contact within their school/unit for end user questions regarding application security access and related issues. Client Services Support Services Include:

A Harvard PIN is required to log in to FSS supported applications.
