Harvard University's Administrative Systems e-News gets a new look and some new functionality.

Student ID Proxy Form
The HUID Office has a new form available to allow employees to assign proxies to pick up their Harvard IDs. The new form, as well as other important forms to report lost or stolen IDs, and IDs for non-affiliated vendors, consultants and others who work with the University, are available here: http://vpf-web.harvard.edu/ofs/huid/forms.shtml

Do you know your Customer Service Cluster?
University Financial Services’ customer service center is available to answer staff questions about financial transactions. University administrators can contact their Customer Relations Team cluster for all transactional matters. Vendors and employees can call (617) 495-8500 for assistance with individual matters.
