Query-Only Access

Authorized requestors may be granted query-only access to the same Oracle forms and reports that Applications Administration uses to manage Harvard's chart of accounts, cross-validation rules and Oracle Applications and reporting security. If you are an Authorized Re4questor and have been granted the query-only responsibility, you have access to 11 different menu options as follows:

Menu Selection	Lets you:
Cross Validation Rules	Query and view the segment value relationships permitted by cross validation rules
Flexfield Security Rules (FSR)	Query and view what segment values are restricted by flexfield security rules
FSR Assignments	Query and view what flexfield security rules are assigned to responsibilities.
GL Accounts	Query and view 33-digit code combinations that have been created in the CoA and their enabled/disabled status.
Users	Query and view user set-ups in Oracle, including all responsibility assignments.
Responsibilities	Query and view what functions and menus are assigned to a particular responsibility.
Run Reports	Allows you to run the following reports in real-time: Active Responsibilities Active Users Cross-Validation Rules Listing Users of a Responsibility HU Active User Profile Report HU FSR Assignment Detail Listing HU FSR Assignment Listing HU Inactive User Profile Report HU Web Voucher User Access Listing Chart of Accounts - Detail Listing Chart of Accounts - Rollup Detail Listing Chart of Accounts - Rollup Range Listing Chart of Accounts - Segment Values Listing
Approval Groups	Query and view the range of orgs allowed by a web voucher approval group.
Budget Domain	Query and view the budget domains associated with your Budget Tool (HRVD^BUD) responsibilities.
People by Assignment	Query and view Web Voucher positions assigned to employees.
Segment Values	Query and view CoA segment values.
