The Local Unit Handbook was created to provide a comprehensive overview of the Central Accounts Receivable Department. It provides current and prospective users with detailed information on the different options available for invoice/credit memo processing, as well as the procedures and policies of the office. Samples of customer invoices and statements are also provided.
