The Cash Receipts office will deposit all cash and checks on preprinted credit vouchers provided by Central Accounts Receivable. Checks accepted by the local unit should be mailed directly to the AR Bank of America Lockbox (see address above). If a local unit wishes to obtain envelope stock pre-addressed to our Lockbox address, please call 495-3787 to request a supply.

Foreign Collections

Bank of America does not accept checks drawn on foreign banks in US dollars (USD) for amounts less than $250 USD checks drawn on a foreign bank are costly to process due to the fact that both Bank of America (BOA) and the foreign bank charge fees that may exceed the value of the check. Since local units are assessed these fees they should instruct their foreign customers to have their checks drawn on a foreign bank payable through a US bank in USD to avoid processing fees.

For more information regarding foreign collections, please read Foreign Collections, published by the Cash Management office.
