University Financial Reporting Applications Support

University Reporting Applications Support is a central administrative department within the Office of Financial Services. We provide and support a suite of standard financial reports accessible via Harvard's Common Reporting Environment for the Warehouse (CREW). BRIO is the recommended tool for ad hoc access to Harvard's Data Warehouse (HDW).

Reports organize and display data captured from the day-to-day business transactions processed through Harvard's financial applications. The data organized represents the myriad functional business needs of a diverse end- user community.

Financial reporting provides a window into the processes and functions of any given unit. As such, we work with the all of the Business Owners and Product Managers of Financial Applications. Similarly, we work with the HDW and the Information Technology Practices to translate the raw data captured, into interpretable and accessible information.
