What We Do

• Maintain the calendar for the fiscal month-end and year-end closings of the University’s General Ledger
• Provide guidance to the tubs on appropriate accounting practices
• Process journal vouchers related to tub requested entries for endowment and current use gift funds
• Manage the University’s year-end closing process
• Monitor tub accounting practices to ensure that General Ledger users are adhering to University accounting policies and procedures
