A new webpage has been created to identify issues relating to current vendors filing for bankruptcy protection under the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”) and the proper procedure for Harvard departments, schools, units and affiliates upon receipt of a notice of bankruptcy (“Notice of Bankruptcy”) from a vendor providing services, goods and/or products to Harvard.
