Harvard University and Poland Spring/Nestle Waters of North America have enjoyed a preferred vendor partnership for over 17 years in regards to bottled water coolers and water filtration systems. Our Service Information
Poland Spring offers bottled water for Harvard University as well as Point of Use (POU) Purification Systems, such as Activated Carbon filtration and Reverse Osmosis filtration.  These systems are managed by a dedicated key account manager who is supported by a fleet of vehicles and route salesmen to service your account.

Initial Set-Up:
To begin the service we will ask a few questions to identify your needs as it relates to bottled water or a filtration system. Once your water needs are identified, we will have a service technician(s) sent to install all equipment. Also any service calls after the initial set up such as cooler maintenance or water requests are included in your monthly rental.

Equipment:
We offer a full line of modern water dispensing units available for rent or purchase. This includes various types of water coolers, filtration systems, coffee brewers, microwaves and refrigerators. Our coolers come in both hot and cold or cold only if you prefer.

Billing:
Billing is customized to the needs of our customers. This includes many options with credit card electronic billing and also options for multiple accounts under one billing. There is an oil surcharge of two dollars per month on your invoice. This surcharge is billed only once per month regardless of the amount of deliveries you receive and is not applied if you do not receive a delivery during that billing period.
