Student Financial Services is comprised of 4 separate offices:

• Student Loan Office (SLO)
• Student Receivables Office (SRO)
• University Financial Aid Liaison Office (UFALO)
• ID Card and Services Office (HUID)

Each office has a senior level manager involved in day to day operations.

Students with questions about their W-2 can consult a number of resources for additional information. You can visit the payroll department's website to request a duplicate copy of your W-2 or to learn more about your W-2 document. If the information on your W-2 is incorrect, please call 617-495-3001.
