SERVICES INCLUDED:
Audio/Visual No additional charge LCD projector, slide projectors in LLI, overhead projector, VCR in LLI or Cabot seminar room (has multi- standard capability); tape recorder in LLI (renter must supply tapes).  Additional AV equipment needed, i.e. portable slide projector in Cabot or Garden seminar rooms, must be rented at additional charge by renter.  Blackboards in all rooms.Renter is responsible for any damages to rooms and/or equipment.
No Catering We no longer rent to groups wanting to have coffee breaks, lunch or receptions/dinners in connection with a lecture or meeting.
Handicapped Access Wheelchair accessible entrance and bathroom.  Prior arrangement must be made with Building Manager.
No Police/Guard No evening (past 6:00 pm) or weekend/holiday rentals.

No rentals allowed before 10:00 am weekdays.

Public Telephone No pay phone.  Public phone only. Telephone credit card or phone card necessary for long distance calls.

RESTRICTIONS FOR HARVARD OR NON-HARVARD USE:
Rentals are restricted to Harvard departments only. The Center can only rent space for 1-2 hour academic lectures or meetings weekdays between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm except Wednesdays. First priority given to Center study groups, conferences and activities.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
No rentals allowed on Wednesdays, evenings (after 6:00 pm), weekends, or days when the Building manager is on vacation or not in the building.

We no longer rent to groups requiring catering (see above). No smoking allowed in the building.
