Harvard Medical School

Each year a number of biomedical postdoctoral and Faculty fellowships/grants are available by invitation only. Candidates may not apply directly to the specific foundations for these awards. Rather, an annual process through HMS and/or the University Committee on Biological Sciences serves to select eligible candidates for these awards.  Many of the awards are available to HMS, SPH and FAS faculty and researchers.

Each February, HMS announces a call for internal applications (The Red Book), with the selection process occurring in the spring.
