The HELPLINE is a confidential phone line established to assist the Harvard
community with questions and concerns about regulatory compliance, University
policies and business practices. The University recognized that in a decentralized
environment it is sometimes difficult to find answers and the HELPLINE was established
to provide confidential assistance. The HELPLINE
is active 24 hours a day and strives to respond to calls within two to three business
days.
