Important Change to the US Airways Shuttle Kiosk Program topOn March 3, 2007, US Airways is migrating to a new reservation system. If you use the US Airways kiosk to purchase shuttle tickets, you must complete an on-line Dividend Miles profile before that date. Your profile information should contain the credit card account number that you use at the kiosk. To complete your profile, please visit the U.S. Airways Dividend Miles Website. Once you've completed the on-line profile, you must also send an e-mail to stacey_clifton@harvard.edu, requesting to be enrolled in the US Airways shuttle kiosk program. Please submit your on-line profile, and send your e-mail request to Stacey, by February 8, 2007. After US Airways changes to its new reservation system, Harvard employees who have not completed an on-line profile and sent an e-mail to Stacey requesting enrollment in the program will no longer receive discounted Harvard rates when buying shuttle tickets at the kiosk.
