What is Accounts Receivable?

An online version of the Accounts Receivable course is now available at Eureka, the Center for Workplace Development's Learning Management System.

The course provides an interactive demonstration of using the Accounts Receivable and iReceivables applications. The course is broken into modules, so you can learn the entire system or choose to refresh yourself on a particular topic. The modules presented include:

How to Create a Manual Invoice in the AR Module Create an invoice in the Accounts Receivable application to generate a bill for customers
Invoice Creation Short Cut: Creating and Using a Standard Memo Line How to make use of Standard Memo Lines, a method to automatically generate an invoice line for frequently-billed items
Invoice Creation Short Cut: Copying an Invoice How to quickly copy an existing invoice to generate a new invoice for frequently-billed customers
How to Find and Modify an Invoice Locating a customer invoice and making edits to it
How to Perform a Customer Inquiry Quickly locate and review customer information
Create a Credit Memo Options for crediting a customer invoice by line or entire balance
Using the iReceivables Application How to use the web-based iReceivables application to find customer information, reprint an invoice, and locate payment information
